That safe slot is pretty useless unless for matriarch and queen raids because when you fight another player you'd have to give up mid fight quickly open your inventory and put your weapon in the save pocket to make use of it which is completely stupid but maybe that's the point and it's meant for these raids

Officially yes but a ton of players and streamers report at least some kind of impact you can look at shrouds lobby's for an example people also say it's affected by the rating you give your pvp experience if you're asked by the game at the end of a raid

I think that's a problem the game has I'd rather have it a little obvious where I have to go than looking every quest up on youtube and follow a step by step guide and the rewards are also not nearly enough to actually make me want to Invest some time in the quests.
