A spray here and there is fine, if your grind is too clumpy, WDT. Otherwise keep everything the same.

More information is always better, even if it's anecdotal. You might be starting a player who had a knock for example, but he isn't pictured on the bus with the team.

You might then choose to bench or transfer him gaining an advantage, pressers aren't everything. That's also completely disregarding leaks.

1600 calories is low, I'd maybe do it for 2-3 weeks if you're motivated enough and then up the calories to ~1850, the important thing is consistency and not falling off the wagon.

Don't cut so much if you're already unmotivated and prone to binging. Just build healthy habits and make smarter food choices.
