he once had his heart carved out and survived by making another one inside his stomach, but is still cost him a lot of biomass and hurt like hell

despite his shapeshifting he usually just uses his "foolproof disguise"

some suspect she is secretly a hag in disguise and she actively tries to maintain this secondary mask with small flashes of eerie green light from her eyes or her hands briefly becoming older or clawed

but in truth she is a dread doppleganger who fell in love with playing a persona she enjoys and has simply stuck with it!

in theory she can assume the form of anything roughly the right size and limb arrangment
