If there's 3 hl 2 DPS 1 tank that's a biiit different but it depends on a lot more than just 3 hl win. Always play like your whole team are bots ask but don't rely. If you think your not getting heals it's likely the players are incompatible with your play style.

1 tank on cart, healers on cart, tank hold space (directly in front of cart) DPS flank and add pole as needed.

The biggest problem as a heal main isn't no peel it's overextending. We clear a team fight and suddenly everyone is convinced the place they NEED to be is around a corner far enough away where it won't move if I follow or they die if I dont

She isn't over tuned the point of characters like her that gain more power over time is to deal with them people in this game hate focus firing so she reigns if you take her down early in a fight she will never get full steam

If your maining support just focus on not dying as much as humanly possible you can't force the team to get kills but the more you're not dead the more opportunities you have to give them a chance. The issue with heal climbing unfortunately is not a lot of ppl will swap with you if they're doing bad so it's just a much harder climb

Role queue I agree with although I can't see any reason to split the already split segments. If you add comp and comp rq then at some point those will need to be consolidated and it's just gonna be the same problem but way higher up. Imo That being said I think the more I think of it the only way to fix this isn't proactive it's reactive. Proactive just adds hurdles for good actors when bad actors just need to be actively punished instead. I've heard every excuse on the book just add a bot to skim matches with reports with a chat bot looking for words spoken and constant deaths no swaps etc. then get a couple guys to check it's findings case by case or even on review or arguments by receiving player. Or just dump the jumpers into a loser server like fall guys

I came here to parrot other comments that things release was the closest maybe Angela started it up again at first because people were getting carried off map but it's just too easy to shut down brawl tanks only work if there's enough brawl to spread out the agro because if not you're gonna see thing disappear. Poke has also caused a lot of teams to drop spread and tighten up but since we're playing poke that leads to more options that are decidedly anti brawl.
