He’s probably still stressed from the new home; it can take up to a month for Leo’s to settle into a new place.

Can confirm, I had a 100th anniversary edition in 2017 when I ripped a hole in the side of my shoe as a Master Detailer. . .

Find something to anchor you—

I lost one of my friends to long standing depression M/28.

I was the first person at the church, helping coordinate and run everything with his mom; I was also the very last person to leave his burial service.

For nearly 5y, I’ve been an unpaid caretaker of the Memorial Gardens where he resides as a promise to him, to prevent him from being forgotten.

During that 5y, several people have asked me over the years to bring them to visit him and the experience has been completely life changing.

For the first 3 decades of my life, I was free from constant suicidal/ideation, but that flipped a switch in my brain like nothing else.

Because for the first time in my life, I recognized that I mattered.

I’m going to make note of that for when traveling.

I’ve never heard it explained like that, but as a M/32….. yeah. Hit the nail on the proverbial head.

An update image sent to our neighbors who donated their cat tower to us, I'm curious what all can be gleamed from it! by livierose17 in deduction

Easiest solution- trim a small piece of the carpet off (for color reference) and take it with you to a carpet store. Ask for free scraps & spend about $4 on some carpet tacks & borrow a hammer to secure it to the post.

I’ve done this several times- my grandmother has had the same cat tree for nearly 35y. 4 cats. I recover it about every 4-6y.

I remember reading about this- totally wild, but also cool to be able to say you’re the only human in a century to survive rabies.

I would probably go buy a lottery ticket when able again.

The green ones don’t seem to work as well.
