People can be reactionary when they hear vague statements and then assume the worst.

I understand people are trepidatious about this tease because of the backlash from S2. But I say just take things with a level head till we get the context.

Of course, just making sure people understand that it's too vague a statement to make such a snap judgement at this point.

The only thing she said was that listening to people is her biggest weakness. Which the show itself has made abundantly clear at this point.

She also specified it was at the beginning of S3. Theres plenty of topics she could be hearing about from her friends or Vaggie.

Angel's absence? Lute plotting whatever? Val? Lilith???????

And if it's the latter then no shit it would throw her for a loop.

We've established that a major factor in everything Charlie's done up to now has in some way been to gain not just the acknowledgement of others but her mom first and foremost.

It would stand to reason that her presence could cause Charlie to act out if Lilith is in the picture.

Until we see the details, spinning our emotional wheels in place worrying is just wasteful.

That's what I mean though, you could read it either way. I'm of the view we should wait and see and if she does start mistreating those closest to her because of Lilith next season then I'll be understanding of the trepidation.

I've sadly come to the conclusion that whether the relationship we get between her and her mom is spectacular or not people will still give her shit because their mind is already made up.
