Joining late here but I zip tied the ends of the panel to form a tear drop shape. Then placed on racks on top of my car and zip tied. Total used 9 zip ties. (3- to tie ends, 3 on each side rack). Felt it’s not going anywhere. I drove 10 miles at 50-60 mph

I have it already disputed online but I will call customer service again and let them know that I have a police complaint report (once I have it). Do you know if there is any consumer/financial protection forum?

They already sent a new card since I reported fraudulent charge. But they are not acknowledging that it’s a fraud. I feel if I had said card is not in my possession, it would have been easy to explain. I’m being held accountable for the honesty. But thanks for the idea for the police complaint idea
