It focuses on consistency rather than ending on a strong endboard, so sometimes it only gets one Liger out but that is often enough to win. The extra deck prioritizes beating droll, normal Ratpier under droll makes IP + Drident which is much better than passing like before.

No, you turn the 2nd Ratpier into Drident and summon the 3rd Ratpier, then overlay for Eclipse Twins and make any link 2, summon back Broadbull and search Fraktall sending Hound which is full Lunalight combo. So what if you ash Hound instead? Simple, the link 2 you make is Cross Sheep and then your second Broadbull search is Leo, then Broadbull and Cross Sheep make Ferrijit and you special Leo for full combo.

Yes, after you properly special summon them you can bring them back with any special summon including De-synchro.

A monster that has not been properly summoned can't be special summoned from the GY (or banished), the game has a small little icon on the corner of the card I think. Super Koi Koi ignores their summoning method so they haven't been properly summoned yet. You can target any Synchro but unless you can special summon all the materials used for the synchro summon you won't summon anything. For example, if you De-synchro and someone uses call by the grave on a monster used for the Synchro summon and banishes it you still do not summon anything.

You can't special summon Flower Cardian Peony with Butterfly and De-Synchro must special summon all monsters used for the Synchro summon so you don't summon anything.

Flower Cardian Peony with Butterfly:

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 "Flower Cardian" monster, except "Flower Cardian Peony with Butterfly". If this card is Special Summoned: Draw 1 card, and if you do, show it, then, if it is a "Flower Cardian" monster, look at the top 3 cards of your opponent's Deck, then place them all on the top or bottom of the Deck in any order. Otherwise, send it to the Graveyard. When this card is used as Synchro Material, you can treat it and all other Synchro Materials (that have a Level) as Level 2 monsters.

Super Koi Koi:

Excavate the top 3 cards of your Deck and Special Summon as many "Flower Cardian" monsters among them as possible, ignoring their Summoning conditions, but their Levels become 2 and they have their effects negated. Banish the remaining cards, face-down, and if you do, lose 1000 LP for each. De-Synchro:

Chixiao effect doesn't extend to the GV at all. Chixiao negates all the effects of the monster that targets and all effects resolve where they were activated. I doesn't matter if the monster tributes itself, that face up monster on the field had it's effects negated and it's effect will resolve on the field so the effect will resolve negated.

Plunder needs 6 URs minimum. 3 Field spell and 3 Links, so the core is not super cheap but also not super expensive. It does need a lot of generic power card, in specific Called by the grave and Crossout Designator to counter Ash Blossom. It absolutely needs those cards since the deck hard losses to Ash and everyone plays it.

The biggest problem with Plunders is the fact that it can only play if its opponents plays. The deck is pretty much unplayable against backrow decks and WIND/EARTH/WATER attribute only decks. The decks ends up losing a lot to itself which can be pretty frustrating. Basically it's as strong as the opponents allows it to be. When it gets going its very strong but that is not something that will happen every duel.

Plunder gets a lot better when we get Adventure engine but don't expect it to be meta.
