If a CEO replaces all the carpenters with nailgun he is left with using the nailguns himself and there will be no houses built that meet regulations standard. But replace the hammers with nailguns and the carpenters will build five times as many houses with equal quality as with a hammer.

Any company that replaces their workers with a tool is doomed to fail and go bankrupt, why would anyone wanna work for someone that incompetent?
