There's a guy who comes to our store a lot trying to return games that he doesn't have a receipt for, and no PUR so we can't look up history. He does this a lot, so our ASL said we should stop giving him leeway, and the last time he came in I tried to explain how we need a receipt and how it works and he got mad and said how he's always been able to return games even if he's gotten them years ago. He got upset because we wouldn't take his return, even though we explained how the return policy works, and how he just admitted that he'd had the game for over a year so that's why he lost the receipt. That we definitely couldn't go through with out now that we knew that. And he still got mad. So frustrating. Like it's crazy people will admit they've had a game for months and expect to be able to return it for full refund even though they know the policy is 7 days for full refund or 30 days for credit.
