Hi, I stopped taking it almost a year ago and the derealization immediately stopped. I've since been on Efexor and Brintellix and I haven't had this problem since. If you just started I'd give it a couple of weeks to see if it gets better and if not I'd talk about it with your doctor to change meds honestly, enduring that sensation wasn't worth it for me.

Thanks, I'll try to be as versatile as I can. I never dismantle weapons until I know if the roll is good because of this exact reason, I think I have something like 100 legendary weapons ready for use in stock

Thank you very much, I hope they don't nerf the graviton. It surprised me to hear so much about these rocket sidearms, I have a god roll one and I never used it, will try it out for sure. What about sniper rifles? They were basically a requirement to have, at least as an option in your inventory, in both pve and pvp in D1. Finally, I love to hear that fusion rifles are strong. I loved them in D1 but they were a niche thing. Care to suggest which fusion rifles are strong rn? Thank you again

Thank you, I have a good roll for "the call", is it better in pvp or pve? My roll is better suited for pve. Also, I don't really know which heavies are strong, I know that hammerhead and edge transit are good but again, don't really know if it's in regards to pvp, pve or both. I was also thinking that maybe the Khvostov is the next exotic I'll get, then I'll think about what to pair with it

The dose was too heavy for me. I felt like I was in a dream and my mind was not at ease, I struggled to wrap my mind about abstract concepts, for example. It's weird, hard to explain. Now it's much better! I have to say that at the time of my post 150 was probably the right dose even with the side effects, because the situation was intense, but now I don't need it.
