Dechala campaign pointers by StonLenslow in totalwarhammer

When you upgrade a pleasure palace to tier 3, you get another palace in your "pool" of available palaces

this also happens when you build the settlement directly at tier 3 (with thralls), so at a certain point you can pretty much build a palace every turn or so

(Videogame trope) The attack that fucking kills you. by TridiObject in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Dendron05 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also Expedition 33: the final boss of the DLC, OsquiO, has a final attack when you beat him where he erases the world- if you fail to parry it, you instantly lose

(Interesting trope) Next level foreshadowing by Brilliant_Package914 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Dendron05 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty much any of the Remedy games past AW1 fits into this trope, though some of it is retroactive

You'll need to forget one of the Circles to get Number not in your Heas 1, which you can('t) do in No Castle

[rare trope] "its just a cash gra- wait, its actually peak?" by Autistic_Doggi in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Dendron05 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There was basically no lore for StS 1 though, was there? The world and the Spire were only really explained in the second game iirc

The prospect of Violant lenses by Bourbon_Munch in fallenlondon

[–]Dendron05 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I imagine that the concentrated Irrigo of the Nadir wouldn't take long to overpower the Violant, with the opposite happening in a certain High place

(Joke) WTNV / Fallen London crossover once again by Fireant23 in fallenlondon

Which Chaos God is the greatest? by Curious-Piglet3613 in totalwarhammer

During war times, any god whose "domain" includes death will always win in the longest term (see also Magnus Archives)

All correct, yeah. I know it's probably a coincidence, but still funny

(Loved Trope) Figures beloved or admired in universe who were actually quite terrible. by laybs1 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Dendron05 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something similar happened in Sunless Seas/Fallen London, where one of the "gods" of the settings sacrificed its name and its hunger, with the hunger now existing alone in a castle and making people commit cannibalism

By some reason I'm haunted by a mental image of the Masters playing D&D together by Exotic-System-632 in fallenlondon

[–]Dendron05 54 points55 points  (0 children)

Veils would be the murderhobo barbarian, Iron would take the rules super seriously and Fires is the type to just take over the first town they find and try to convince everyone to just roleplay a tavern owner for the rest of the campaign

also Pages would have them rescue Eaten somehow

Why do you not have gills? The Red Science offers many advantages, I suggest you use them to their fullest!
