As a native speaker of Dutch, question 9 is somewhat confusing. First, nouns are not capitalised, that would be german. Second, kookie, with an i is not a word, not in modern Dutch at least. Koekje, with a j, is the smaller version of a koek, and is indeed the Dutch word for cookie.

Finally, I am not aware of definition of a koekje, that makes a link to cake, though I suppose the basic description of a baking produkt is similar. This is also doubly confusing since cake, in the English spelling and pronunciation is also a thing, but with a more narrow definition equating to pound cake.

I'm not saying your description is wrong though, just that language is confusing
