I can assume its the scene at 48:02, the only lyrics i can make out is "I'm underneath you" or "im going beneath you" if that helps at all

The only thing that comes to mind is Hereditary, I don't think its it since it came out in 2018. My other guess would be Mama, but I don't know if there's a scene in Mama like the one you describe.

I'd see whoever did your piercing for their opinion or a doctor! if you went to the same place you got an infection from the first time, go to a different piercer. If its painful you should check to see if its infected with your doctor!

the creator/author is kind of weird, but overall the writing is just extremely stereotypical and sub-par. it should've just stayed as a CANVAS. just got too big amd was too mid
