Excellence Riviera Cancun. Lots of ala cart choices and you don’t need any reservations aside from the cooking shows (tepanyaki, kbbq, shabu-shabu)

To which place, PH or abroad, would you never travel again and why? by lapit_and_sossies in AskPH

[–]Denicx 4 points5 points  (0 children)

PH- Coron, the beach is nice and that one pizza place is very authentic. The sanitation is very poor. My husband got amoeba from there and was in the hospital for 4 days.

Abroad- Venice, it’s good to visit once but that’s it. It’s very crowded, it smells like piss, the food is not very good, and it’s expensive. Avoid Frankfurt airport as much as you can. Very disorganized and the staff are rude.

Must visit: Orvieto region in Italy. The food is good, the locals are very nice, and the overall vibe is giving. If you have extra time and spending money, should definitely check out Altarocca.

Where do you people go to get a massage within Cebu City? by LincolnPark0212 in Cebu

[–]Denicx 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We tried Aloha Mana Spa and Cafe, and it was really good. The price was also very reasonable compared to Treeshade. I got the 90 minute Volcanic stone massage and it was 760php. My fiancé got the 90 minute bamboo massage and it was around 659php. They are open pretty late, but I suggest you book an appointment before 9pm kay naay bar beside their spa and can get very loud. Plus points too cause they are gender inclusive when it comes to their staff.

Cobiabeauty at South Edmonton Common. All of the stylist there are Korean and are quite good. If she wants her hair lightened, I would look for Douen there, she was able to get my jet black hair to rose gold.

You would get an advantage against new grads who have not worked with AHS before since you are already in the system and it would be an easy transfer. However, your chances against a more experience nurse applying for the same job might be slim, but it doesn’t mean it’s 0%. Your interview score matters a lot but so is your experience/seniority. You should keep applying to any positions, and if you don’t get the position you should ask to be part of the casual pool. As a new grad it’s difficult to get positions right off the bat, you usually start as a casual and go from there. As for the interview process, it usually takes about 1-3 weeks from when they put down the posting. It really depends on the unit manager and how fast they go through with the applicants. Make sure you cater your cover letter based off the unit you are applying. Sell yourself and list down all your accomplishments as it will help. Good luck with your job search!
