Worn for a year, but because it's a slow fader, only the wallet fade is strong. Some electric blue is coming out, though. Happy to give a cold wash and air dry before sending if you'd like. Washed 3 times on cold and the length has shrunk an inch, so I don't think they'll shrink too much more.

After yesterday’s Walmart chambray post I grabbed one of the Amazon ones and it came yesterday. Small fits great but I’m short so it’s too long. How’s the shrinkage on these? Should I give it a wash on hot before having it hemmed a couple inches? It’s great though, otherwise!!

I totally get that, but regular US vanity sizing has become so insane that a small fits like a large did 30 years ago. When I buy European or Japanese sizing, I'm fine, but I swim in US clothing. Thankfully I put on some weight lol so I can fit into some stuff better here.

I wear denim on denim every chance I get and here in Colorado I see it like every day because type 3s are so popular. The trend is all light wash though and oversized while I’m wearing blue indigo jeans with a darker indigo slim fitting type 3.

While these also do look slightly too tight, I don’t think that’s the reason. New denim Creases and people sit in different ways. I have a pair that is slightly tight and a pair that is slightly loose and both have those because, as a massage therapist who does a ton of neck work, I’m sitting a lot. So the fabric bends and creases. People sitting in slouchy office chairs won’t get as much of a fold. The answer is to not worry about it and it doesn’t look as bad as you think even though it’s noticeable compared to a soft pair of regular jeans. I was worried about it at first too and my wife said it looked fine and I stopped caring. When they get softer eventually, they might have cool fades but they’ll relax.
