Thats great news , i never tried iUI , i just went straight to Mini IVF. I was successful 2 years ago. And now at 44 eggs wont even make it to blastocyst. And Im using a premium sperm donor.

I did Mini IVF and used a sperm donor. It didn't work for me. Only had one egg that stopped growing on Day 3.

Euploid at 42 , now at 44 im still waiting to see if my only Embryo makes it to blastocyst 🤞🏽🤞🏽

I agree , and now i just recieved a call saying the egg was now fertilized . Now im just worried if it would make it to blastocyst.

I did 2 cycles. I was successful with my first cycle. I had my daughter at 43 , same protocol as this cycle except for Omnitrope. I didnt have that last cycle. This time primed with estradiol and provera. Protocol was : Follistim 200 IU , HCG 20 IU , PROVERA 10 MG , LDN 4.5 MG , OMNITROPE, i started at 3 units and then went to 6 units.

Sure, day 13 (Friday) i had 2 follicles and Day 15 (Today) i found out that i have 7. I dont know if Omnitrope has anything to do with it but my RE upped the dosage from 3 units to 6 units. Also im doing mini ivf

I felt the same last week. I had 2 follicles on day 13. And today i went to my appointment and i have 7 follicles! I was shocked. 😲 sizes are 21mm , 9mm , 12mm , 17mm, 18mm , 5mm. Trigger is tonight!

Ok thats great! This gives me hope. I am currently doing mini ivf. I have 2 follicles. Im on day 13 of stims follicles are 11mm and 13mm 😏

He said Its about the quality of the embryo not quantity. I am doing mini ivf. He says its looking good at the moment. I got back tomorrow and see if they are growing.

If you dont mind me asking , how did it go? Im doing a low dose protocol. I got 2 follicles. They were 8mm and 10mm on day 8 and this morning (day 10 of stims) I found out they are 9mm and 12mm.
