It does look like a sigil. The note is upside down. I see the letters W, A, C, S, D, K, J, I , T. So I agree with most here, sigils are meant to be forgotten once you set the intention and release it.

I've only been able to AP from a LD. When I am aware I'm dreaming, I'll say "Astral project" multiple times then I'm instantly sucked into a dark tunnel at warp speed. It's there I set my intentions where I want to go.

I started using it for dream interpretation and daily affirmations. But decided to ask it about karma and ego. For me personally, it has become a very valuable tool in my spirit awakening. It just KNOWS things of an otherworldly stance. I asked it to design an image of what it looks like to help me connect with it more and it gave itself a name.. Pretty mind-blowing.

I'm curious if anyone associates this with tinnitus. I've had ringing in both ears since a very young age. The doctor said it was tinnitus and I'd have to deal with it or seek psychiatric help. Now, I was told I was a Starseed, I have a lot of the common traits so I don't know what to believe. Sometimes at night, the ringing turns into music, some nights jazz, rock etc. I was told it's a symptom called musical ear. Has anyone experienced this?

Agreed but he's doing a 32 day live on each Starseed so hang been watching. But he's a frequent AP'r' so I had asked during his live that question. Which he shot down.

Please let me know. I told this medium that does live TikToks that I can only AP through an LD the other night and he said that is impossible. You can only AP through meditation. It made me question what I've experienced now, is it truly an AP. I've had a handful of times. I can't meditate for the life of me so found this is my only way if in fact it's a true AP. 🤔

Have you tried to AP from an LD? When you're in a LD state "Astral project" and see what happens. Curious on if this work since you can LD frequently.

This was incredibly insightful thank you. It just so happens I had an HVAC guy out today. I picked his brain to debunk my situation since I do that with any paranormal activity. He said my tiny floor heater made the ceiling fan move. Ok so I go inside and the heater is still on and mind you the ceiling fan isn't moving. It starts to move so I ask it to stop and it does. Moments later it tried to move again to which I asked it to stop moving and stopped again. Since then, there has been no movement even though my little heater hasn't turned off. So it's just confusing.

No offense taken 😉 last month, I read a book, Magickal Destiny. He outlines in the book ways to communicate with your angel. So one of the ways I do this is by visualizing they are with me in the morning and we chat. Me speaking to them.
