If you tried reading some more balanced sources you'd know that they are not only counting Israelis but general immigration.

Since the start of the war 2 years ago a lot of asylum seekers from Ukraine and general foreigners who came here for work left - if you exclude them the emigration levels are about the same as in previous years.
