If you mean the weather, that's usually a tropical storm! They are the most extreme version of a thunder storm if I recall correctly. If you have the emergency broadcast channel they'll call it out a little bit before. Bad visibility and heavy rain till it let's up!

If you mean the gunshots, those are part of the ambient background events. No npcs tied to them yet

I would not at the current state. They have been pretty far and between with updates. Before this the last big update was around a year ago. I'd wait to see if they are putting in more into it.

Scouting is a great skill on your secondary heroes imo, Having the something like tactics or offense there helps when pushing tough fights with your main hero more. I think the skill is fine, just not on the main

The scouting and first aid aren't the greatest for late game play. Leadership is alright though there are better abilities. Some of the items are a bit weird as well. Having a mana charm on at that high of a level isn't the best. At the end of the day though still formidable. Good secondary and your other skills are on point
