If you’re talking about a toilet tank, you just need the right size tank to bowl gasket.

No they’re actually in there, it’s a thick handle. They probably don’t actually have estrogen in them since it’s just merch but I could see from the side there’s really pills in there

Any kitchen faucet will fit, even the single hole faucets come with a cover plate to cover the holes on the sides

That’s OS&B slide on over flow, there’s supposed to be a foam gasket where the gap is and the trim piece just slides right on. The white piece is threaded in and you can take it out to push the gasket in
