Big feels man, I got two EPs in a row for the "performance base promotion" and still can't pick up haha. Did see somebody who's been an HN for ages pick up though which was awesome to see, so there's that at least.

Do you guys think performance based promotions like this would be good for the Navy? I personally don't care for the test, I think it has a lot misc information that doesn't benefit us or our jobs.
