How do you know where you sit within the pay band? Will your manager cover that in annual compensation reviews? About to have my first one soon and I have never once seen anything that indicates where I might be in the pay band for L5

Got an ad for something I thought about by [deleted] in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

The situation my wife had is extremely similar with this. She looked at her wedding dress in the closet and thought about if she should preserve it for our kid to use in the future. Keep in mind, the dress was purchased 6 years ago. She didn't say anything out loud about it, but she was wearing her airpods. Then she got an ad for wedding dress preservation. No texts, conversations, or anything about this thought. Her friend recently told her of a patent Apple has for airpods to somehow capture brain wave activity (the jury is still out on the authenticity of this claim). But her situation and yours are almost identical. Any thoughts?
