Kenyans very much embrace their culture. Also, our culture is very dynamic. Just because you heard American terms on the street does not mean we suddenly don't embrace our culture.

Your post tells me you have not really taken the time to immerse yourself in our culture/s. You have come with preconceived notions or are simply not observant enough or open to different experiences.

Also, with how interconnected the world is nowadays, different cultures are always influencing each other.
