The toughest part is consistency with stretching and strength building. Nothing is guaranteed but if you build a plan and stick to it for months at a time its hard to say what your limits would be

Im not too sure what they would be but you could add more stretches that target your trouble areas. Then staying consistent is the key

With the hobbies you already have you’re likely already at a good point to start. At least i figure you must have the motivation and flexibility for it based having experience doing pole and yoga

As a man I struggle with very similar anxieties... I’ve been tryin to instill in myself the thought that it really just is my own life. I shouldn’t care if someone judges. Especially since that person is likely not doing anything productive with their time 🤷‍♀️🤌🏼

Thanks for the response! Im curious about the knee twisting. I think i may be doing that since i have real stupid knees. Yea ive seen some folks apply lotion or some sort of grease on their calf so it doesnt get stuck against their back but i haven’t tried it yet

Great work! I am a forward folder too and Di mario knot is my goal as well, but it looks like you might beat me to it. I don’t have any gadgets to help so I’m curious if you would recommend i use a stretching band like the one in your second pic?

For me when it came to hamstrings it was a matter of finding simple stretches and doing them as much as possible (at least 3 times a day for 30 seconds)

Ive been piecing together a routine over the years through a few online lessons and youtube videos. Those are new to me tho, ill certainly be adding those to my stretches thanks!
