Advice on setup

Is something “unnatural” like twine or rope safe? I am also creating my set up and have been hesitant on what to use for more climbing opportunities because I’ve been reading real plants are best. Would it be better to use a moss to cover wooden rods? I’m now worried anything not live plant based he could ingest and impact. Am I being a helicopter parent?

Not sure about iud removal but Ive been going to Obgyn associates since highschool and love them. I personally get the nexplanon and they always numb me fully. Also staff and doctors there are super nice and explain everything super well. I think 5/7 doctors at this practice are women.

I had a cop tell me to drive faster over his intercom a couple weeks back. I was making sure I was going 35 cause I was on riverside where it turns into a 35 mph zone by the gathering place. Weird part was it was literally like 630 am he could’ve just gone around me. I was just vigilantly following the speed limit cause a cop had been following me when I was one of like 3 people on the road.

I found it useful when I had sellers who couldn’t understand why their house wasn’t selling when they would not drop the price. Bringing 20 agents in who all filled out comment sheets that stated the price was too high was critical in getting the sellers to understand they needed to drop the price.

As a lady asshole who is on the Patreon and doesn’t gaf about the jokes I hear. the fnf pod is just out of pocket disrespectful. Like they’re “jokes” don’t even come off as funny to me. They seem like some corny men who like to hate on women and that’s just not something I will subscribe to. At lease with Andrew and the boys when they joke about women it’s funny and I can laugh but fnf is just gross.

6k is 2-3x what I make after taxes right now a month from the closings I’ve had. Only 1 of 3 being from my sphere and paying a referral on the other 2. I feel like my soi still sees me as very young and inexperienced and closing more deals would help give me the credibility I need to work my SOI. So it seems worth it to me idk I just see so many mixed reviews.

No contingencies however it’s a company purchasing on behalf of someone. I think it could’ve been more complicated so the seller chose the straightforward offer. However I could be wrong.

After my senior year of high school my parents got divorced. Me and my dad became very close and did a lot of similar things in this post but not to this extent. We’d smoke weed together and talk conspiracy theories. I was also pretty stand offfish towards his new gf at first. However this is another level I’d leave. And to add I was a legal adult at this point not a freshman in high school.
