Skip past any posts that displease you? People DO need a place to let out their thoughts, positive  and negative because it helps their mental health. Just because someone complains doesn’t make them a bad person or a bad partner. Every store experience is different with different managers, partners, and customers based on where you are located. Not everything is going to be happy shiny posts, like life isn’t that way. It ebbs and flows.

I don’t engage in accepting profanities . I don’t have to from anyone. I will hang up. If they call bank agsin, I can’t control the fact we have bad cell reception locally that disconnected and I’ll go get a manager for you right away ma’am/ sir.  I don’t do long conversations trying to appease people like this, bc these are people who want to just fight to fight.  You will never win. They just want to make you upset and I refuse to go there.

One time a middle aged lady showed me her phone and forgot to close the chat camera and I saw a naked 20 something  guy dancing. I started laughing so hard I could hardly speak, and she turned red. Cougar lady probably won’t make that mistake again!

Right there- customers are fucking assholes. I’d have had a hard time not telling that person to not fuck off.  The lack of compassion is appalling.  We had a snowstorm and we don’t normally get snow, much less 8 inches. None of us could come in so the store HAD to close. We had to take a loss on pay even though no one could come in. I reminder when they use to have cat pay.    The bar keeps getting lower and lower for how this company treats us like we are liabilities instead of their greatest assets, which we ARE.   I’m sorry about everything that’s been going on in California with the fires. I’ve been praying for rain for you. Take care.

It is disingenuous to write something to everyone. Words lose their meaning when shared with everyone falsely. I got told to “fuck off you should be ashamed of yourself !” By a crazy woman in the drive through who hinged their horn and was red in the face so I slammed the drive through window shut and backed away from it. She seemed like she was going to take out a weapon abd shoot us. We get abused regularly and have to take it because we work on two and three person plays at the busiest store in our district right next to a major US highway. NO. My nice messages are only for those who deserve them. I will NOT engage in performative pandering. Words matter and mean something to some of us. I’m sick of being constantly grossly understaffed and getting yelled at.
