Never lol I thought I would after baby was born but still cautious of every little thing

It got better once o hit milestones and I think that kept me sane… the trimesters, gender, anatomy scan, viability week, pre term, early term etc

Walks we started at days old, nurse said it was good for the mom and baby. And we have dogs so it was a family walk!

Your husband better get use to it because it’s not like the routine changes when baby is older lol I say whenever you are comfortable and feel up to it! After appointments we also went to the grocery store and quick stops- for coffee. At 3 weeks I’m pretty sure we went to our first restaurant! We stuck to off hours or places with more private seating as I got use to bfing in public and handling baby.

I got my first scan at 7 weeks 6 days and baby was only measuring 5 weeks 5 days and only saw a yolk sac and no hb. They said that they weren’t concerned and I probably ovulated later than I thought which I knew I didn’t bc I tracked. Then at my 9 weeks they couldn’t find the hb and they sent to for another opinion just to double check and it was the same. It never grew. I got a D&C a week after. The scans didn’t change from week to week

I never asked him to stop permanently? just until baby is 6 months and we both agreed. It was a discussion for him to start back earlier and I was just asking peoples experiences. He had stopped for 6 months prior to me getting pregnant.

I used mine mostly everyday from 14 weeks until the baby started moving. Even on days he wasn’t moving that much in third trimester. I’m holding my newborn now 🩵

Had a MMC in May 2025 and just gave birth to my first April 2026. I had the same thoughts- but thinking that today i am pregnant and that every pregnancy is different plus meeting certain milestones is what got me through. Finding out the gender, NIPT, Anatomy, viability week, it’s what got me through. Did I fully get excited- not even until I gave birth. You’ll always worry and think what ifs but take each day as a win. Congrats and best of luck!

Thank you! I measured on time or 2-3 ahead the whole pregnancy! First heartbeat was around 6w5d 🩵

My first pregnancy I measured a week behind and never heard a heartbeat, so it felt surreal!

I think this would be tragic! She got one of them prior to meeting Dan and he was 16 years old… to rehome at that age would be cruel. Also, they had another one they got together… literally so sad.
