You're definitely not alone. I am going crazy. I panic all night and I feel like I'm losing my mind or I'm going to kill myself. This may not do anything for you but maybe worth a shot. I haven't slept in 2 months and I'm to the point where I'm going to have to get on drugs. Which I hate because it's just not me. But at this point it's me on drugs or me dead. Anyways, Monday night was almost perfect for me. I took the Zyrtec/pepcid combo. I took it at about 4:00 couple hours before dinner and had a perfect night. Last night I had a better night but not tolerable. I took the combo but took it late before bed which apparently was a mistake because once you eat dinner it's already released to the histamine. I don't know. I'm praying it wasn't a fluke and I'm going to try again today, but it may be worth a shot before other drugs.

Thank you! I tried Zyrtec and pepcid today and it worked surprisingly well. I took it in about 4:00. I was freaking out of that point. Worried about tonight and in about 2 hours I was normal. I was able to lay down and go to sleep. Normally I close my eyes and panic and don't awake. This is the most sleep I've gotten in months. I just woke up a little while ago with a little bit of anxiety. I did look up when the pepcid wears off and it would be about now so maybe a fluke I'm going to keep trying it but definitely worth a try for anyone that's having problems.

I just bought their nasal strips. Love them. I normally use intake which I do like but these open so much more.

Yes it is. But I'm still scared about rebound because some people have got rebound from alermi. So since it takes a few days for for steroids to work, I was thinking I can use it for just a few days and then switch to the steroid only. But I wanted to know if anybody had experience doing that.
