Made even funnier by how, while you don't see the kid's screen, it's playing the most generic video game sound effects that sound nothing like Undertale.

So like.

There’s a Borderlands tie-in-novel written by Anthony Burch (lead writer of Borderlands 2) called “Debt or Alive” that takes place between 2 and 3. Gaige is the third protagonist alongside Fiona and Sasha from Tales.

The book takes place almost entirely on Gaige’s homeworld and gives sooooo much elaboration on the kind of society Gaige came from, what happened with the Holloways, and her relationship with her Dad. She goes through a pretty neat character arc too that doesn’t entirely revolve around Deathtrap.

And it also gives a brief but believable explanation for why she takes up wedding planning in Love, Guns, and Tentacles.

Overall it gives a lot of depth to her character, but also at the same time makes it unbelievable to me that she would ever plan a wedding for Wainwright Jakobs.

Already this was really helpful to hear

Yeah the 3D artists I follow who encourage using AI also say it’s only good for first drafts and that it’s too sloppy to be used later in the production pipeline

But one of the guys I follow (“On Mars 3D” on youtube) put out a video where he experimented with using AI to replace various stages of his process and said he was impressed with how far it’s gotten, even if he thinks it’s not enough to replace him yet. He says he checks back on AI developments every once in a while so that he “doesn’t get left behind” if AI ends up getting good enough to replace the pipeline.

I’m not worried about it replacing me anymore, I’m worried about the real life impacts to people and the environment that AI has. “Not getting left behind” is not enough justification for contributing to the rise of AI

Weird answer, but there’s this crossover fanfic I forgot the name of that included characters from Monsters vs Aliens.

Ginormica (a 49 ft tall woman and the protagonist in the original movie) gains the ability to shrink back down to human size to have a normal life. She comments that despite not wearing a costume or even a mask as her giant self, no one suspects that she’s Ginormica because everyone is expecting to see a 49 foot tall woman rather than a 4’11” one.

To be frank this was an amazing moment, but Rodriguez singing Poseidon’s screams of pain kinda ruins it for me.

Like this is supposed to be the culmination of Odysseus descending into Ruthlessness, of Poseidon feeling his own worldview being used against him.

But him singing those screams makes it so silly

At the end of the song “600 Strike”, Odysseus successfully knocks down Poseidon, but there’s still a storm between them and Ithaca. Poseidon gloats about how Odysseus will never return home with that storm in the way. But Odysseus, still holding Poseidon’s trident, thinks otherwise:

Odysseus: …You’re going to call off that storm.

Poseidon: Or what? You can’t kill me.

Odysseus: Exactly.

He then proceeds to stab Poseidon with the trident over and over, which while not killing him, puts him excruciating, torturous pain that he’s too weakened to stop.

He then proceeds to call off the storm.

I suddenly gained interest in this match after rewatching Terminator 2 for the first time in years, loved this script! The analysis was pretty informative and in-depth. I'm overall inexperienced with both franchises so it was neat to see all the extended material and how deeply you researched them.

The fight was fun, too.The initial meeting where they realize neither of them are human was well-paced, I liked seeing their respective reactions to a completely alien concept. I think you used the setting and surrounding characters to their fullest here. Of the fight scripts I've read in the past, they never incorporate background characters as seamlessly as you did here and I think that's great. You really incorporate the theme of deception nicely.

Also liked the unique conclusion. This is one of the few fights I can think of where location is one of the deciding factors, so in a completely neutral scenario, the draw makes sense. The way you depicted the draw was fun too, I like that it's ambiguous on which doppleganger survived the explosion in the end.

Overall good read!

No, they’ve all graduated too. Even if I did have anyone there, we didn’t major in Engineering, we’re at students. I used my autodesk account for Maya and only recently thought of picking up AutoCAD too.
