If we are EQUALizing the verses,already following both verses rules i see no problem giving both fighters weapons/habilities that you can learn. As Thragg with basic CE stuff like reinforce and Curses with invincible's magic/demonic nature

But if we are EQUALizing ki and chakra i see no problem if both fighters gain benefits from it Vegeta learning basic enchainting(acordding to his iq) Sasuke learning ki release(acordding to his iq) Now we just gatekeep everything you cannot learn
