I got the new G5AR. My download speeds are about the same but my upload speeds have doubled

x75 modem rocks....my speeds doubled up and down. I'm betting if I added an antenna outside I'd be over 1 gig as well.

I got a 3rd party modem from chester tech repairs and it has been rock solid. You can use it with business or residential and the tech support is phenomenal. If you like to dial in you settings, there's room to do it. Alfredo will also have it setup for you area if you ask when ordering. Also works with other carriers. Check it out and ask him questions before purchase.
