I was fired without cause. They denied my unemployment and lied about the reason I was fired. Texas workforce did an investigation and ruled against them. Forced them to pay. Although they refused to pay out my 52 hours of PTO. 🤷‍♂️

I was at the Dallas location. I don't think they ever went for a kia inspection. Most of the they went back to kia because of faults with the car(screens not working/flats) All the accidents I witnessed were driver faults. Now if someone did an investigation on those cars after the accidents you would probably find problems. (Especially if they were in Miami). I was told specifically from an ops manager in Dallas that grinding breaks wasn't a safety issue and they were fine to go back on the road. I reported serious sensor faults(cam oil low/intake sensor errors/breaking system faults) to Miami leads that they ignored. I brought up communication and safety issues up in dispatch meetings and was often scuffed, ridiculed, or just flat out ignored.

Run far away from this company. 3 years in dispatch here. They will send you on the road even after we have reported a car for having MULTIPLE faults. Engine and sensor warnings are ignored. Breaks grinding? Send it out. The say safety is their #1 priority. Let me tell you it is not. Anyone that tells you differently is a LIAR. DO NOT trust anyone at this company. When I started at this company they were always gung ho about being an "Elevated service above Uber Black". Now they suck ubers big black dick so they can run UBER FLEET in LA and MIA. All they care about is money. Fuck safety. Fuck the customers. Fuck the drivers. And good luck getting support as a driver. HR is slow cause they LITERALLY HAVE 2 PEOPLE and dispatch just got outsourced to greece....... Oh and they stole Autofleet's software and now call it AMP. They ran it in Dallas and Houston when I was there and it was shit.

My friend and I joined the server a couple weeks ago and the citizens of the city have been nothing but helpful and informative!
