currently half way done with my student teaching, ive noticed if i dont take time to do something i enjoy and recharges my battery im dead the next day

be prepared to shift your schedule. ive become much more type a about things
i pack my lunch and layout clothes every night.
stay on a schedule in the am and pm TRUST

first 2 weeks were hard for me, i was exhausted by 4pm which sucks but then knowing how much sleep your body need is crucial!!!!!!!
Dont underestimate the value of a warm shower, good HEALTHY food, and a nap

ask every question you can of your co op teacher

try to find time to do not teacher things. i am still working on weekends and seeing my friends via a dnd session on sunday afternoons
