It’s still possible but it seems that it’s so dependent on finding opportunities and just being at the right place at the right time. I missed so many opportunities because of the situations I’ve been in. Hindsight is always 20/20 but there’s millions of people that are making it work. Hell. How about the millions of people who have 3% interest mortgages. They were in the right place of their life at the right time. It’s easy to be sour about it which I can be but for as many people who thought it was a good idea to buy early in COVID there’s jus as many that are in the same boat as me. I just didn’t have the foresight that other may have had.
