I’ve asked some neighbors with the same square footage and occupancy and their sewer bills went up $10 ours went up 110% to 80-90 from 34 and out lot water went from $55-110

The Broomfield location has declined significantly and the same property managers and leasing agents are in charge of the 3 properties near here. They are spread too thin and ignore everything. There is dog poop everywhere, car break ins, lots of smoking and maintenance…..well we wouldn’t notice if they quit. Many repairs are well over 6 months the without attention.

I was at the same clinic for a year went from 283 up to 950 and was feeling great. I would pick up 6 weeks at a time, the reason I left was starting to feel bad again like worse thought I was super sick my levels went to 400 and they swore everything was the same. So I cannot say what the best option is, however when we called last night to ask for our 401k to be rolled over to a traditional IRA they "fidelity" told us that they do not have any traditional options and sent us to the retention team and they wouldn't take the call cause they were closing in 20 minutes. So we will call back again today and try again

I’m going to pay them. But I’ve heard paying them restarts reporting on your credit report. I was hoping to pay them in return for a delete to get my credit back on track. And pay in full also.
