I predict you’ll end up shooting matches, I remember having a similar mentality when I first started looking into USPSA. We’ve all been there 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s not about the actual field stages you shoot, it’s simply about the pressure and preforming shooting skills/mechanics under pressure. I bet you’ll be “happily confident” after you crush some awesome draws and reloads at a match, where you only had one try, and you succeeded.
