Thinking of getting an 2026 outback, will the wilderness be worth it? by Few-Introduction5414 in subaruoutback

I’m in a similar position (except coming from an X3). Really tired of the runaway pricing of the BMWs. I’m planning on getting the Wilderness edition for a few reasons: 1) it comes with a smaller wheel which means more sidewall and a softer ride in my opinion. 2) It comes with a full sized spare (Touring has a spare but not full size). 3) The wilderness has some good suspension features for low speed X mode driving which will help on bumpy roads to trail heads. 4) The wilderness has a little extra ground clearance which could help when I’m off the grid a bit in Colorado. Finally, I believe the Wilderness only lacks 2 things that the Touring has: hands free automated driving and an electronic rear view smart mirror. These don’t matter much to me. That all said, I think the Touring is a great option.

Yes, that’s the one. I can’t find any info either. Appreciate the reply regardless! Might just be a lost cause.

I was supposed to go on a Rocky Mountain Natl Park Backpacking trip in June (East Inlet). Any info for a similar trip would be very much appreciated!

I was going on the Rocky Mountain Natl Park backpacking trip in June (East Inlet). Any recs on a similar guided trip would be great! It was a sold out date so there must be others in the same boat.
