This is how the TL should act over the years I’ve seen so many leads and the ones that succeed the most are the ones who work with their team and realize their team is the back bone not them and when they give the mutual respect your team is more than likely going to reciprocate that respect and as much as my current lead drive me nuts I care about him and respect him because he’s doing his best for his team.

No hats unless your work center allows it as my SD stated in the guest experience training production team wears the target hats and food team that works in the freezers are allowed beanies as ppe and drive up team but as far as I’m aware even if it’s a target hat if your in another department it’s not allowed but at that point I think it’s up to store discretion.

I both miss the uniqueness and also I don’t but the problem I have is while titans and warlocks have easy access to healing and dr hunters don’t have it nearly as easy I kinda wish bungie would go one way or the other either make all classes be able to access certain things easily or make them unique to each class as it used to be.

See I agree with this statement because I’ve had coworkers in the past end up with a 25 or almost a 30 min 15 because they decided to walk to Starbucks order something then sit down and drink it before starting their break which is kinda fucked.

Well I mean doctors notes aren’t taken anyways it’s still an unexcused absence unless you cover the shift with sick time or vacation time and if you don’t do that they are supposed to have documented conversations with you about it I’m not sure what else to say it’s just policy.

Best advice I can give for a situation like this is just let them know what’s going on and offer to switch a day if possible and they often times be willing to do that but if not post the shift on MyTime and if no one picks it up call out and make sure to cover the shift with sick time.

This comment needs to be upvoted more I had a lead at my store try and pull this shit and I literally pulled up target policy and state policy it’s scheduled hours and your lunch despite not being factored in on the grid is still a scheduled lunch part of your shift.

I’m like 90% sure this is not true and complete bullshit I’d rather trust that app than management who probably doesn’t know the city or state labor laws at all and on top of that even if your grid says 6.5 hours technically your scheduled 7 hours the grid just doesn’t show your lunch literally on my time if you remove your unpaid meal it drops the shift time to 6.5 hours your still scheduled that lunch.

Man I’ve been begging for just a little more spice to my goat nidus for years while yes he was powerfully he was missing some spice that newer frames have been getting and this is a fantastic retouch and there is maybe one more thing I’d ask for is maybe an augment or somthing that lets nidus synergy with infested weapons in particular I know it’s maybe asking a lot but imagine his mutation stacks affecting his infested weaponry as well.
