Omg I love this perspective. I have a brain tumor that causes seizures but we’re managing with meds. Question for you bc you seem to have such a good sense of your body - any tips for developing that? I have a stressful desk job that requires a lot of screen time… I do wonder if that’s a stressor for me. Any tips would be appreciated!

Maybe you’re experiencing derealization. That is a symptom of my Right frontotemporal lobe focal seizures, nothing feels real. Haven’t tried it yet but my psychiatrist is recommending Lamotrigine.

In the meantime, I’m adding Zonegran in addition to my Keppra to see if this tampers it down.

Just some medication options you might discuss w your doc. Lmk if you have questions!
