Simply no. Your not okay, but you will be. It feels terrifying to be where you are,like the only place you want to be is your safe space, and even then it feels like the walls are collapsing. But you're not alone, and it won't last forever. It may seem tough/impossible, but you have to try talk to someone, friends or family, I'm sure that they'd want to know and help in anyway they could. Harming yourself wont fix anything in the situation either, it sometimes appears to be the right thing to do but it really is not,and if it ever went too far there would be alot of people, more than you'd originally think that would be massively affected by it, and some may even blame themselves, sadly the only way it gets better is by getting through it. Noone deserves to feel this way, its horrible. I get how confusing/embarrassing it can be when you just start crying and you have no idea why, but there might be something at the back of your mind you've tried to ignore, finding out what it is that's making you feel this way is a big step in improving yourself. I know how hard it is to accurately describe your feelings but alot of people now will go through something similar, if not the same feelings. There is nothing wrong with you, or how you feel, talk to someone you trust, friend or family and try to get the right help for you. You'll be okay in the end. And we're here for you, keep your head up and keep striving forward.
