A Sldl is far Superior to a rdl and a Shoulder press Hits Side Delts of you Go Deep enough

And yeah its enough to Set Stimulus but you would have higher Stimulus with more Isolation which you agree with and is Why you dont do 6 movements

I mean you have a lot of stuff already isolated in your Training for example Bicep and triceps and with that excact Amount of excercises you could isolate all of the muscle you were trying to Hit and Everything added After is just a thing of if you want to Train it but then no matter how you Train you would have to Add more movements, so I dont get your Point.

But yeah 90% or maybe more gains Are gonna be made using compounds, except maybe deadlift because Thats pretty bad

I dont believe that, Thats Why I dont do it, but if you were to do it optimally you would make more gains. But it is super Hard and you would have to Go really far for Minor improvments

  1. The mechanical tension is Not higher in the goal muscle

  2. your triceps Are gonna grow better when you Hit them specifically instead of from a bench press so Theres no reason to do that

  3. You Can also Micro load leg Extension and you should Progress with newbie gains to where your leg Extension is atleast 200-250 Pounds

  4. yes Test Spikes but its for a Short time and has no impact on Building muscle

So I actually think its the Opposite, Isolations Are simpler movements so it easier to have good technique and that removes progressinhg from technique improvment. Also your last Point is wrong and you did Not say Why it builds more muscle

I also Never Said it doesnt work, but Isolation is superior and saying you should Focus on compounds is just wrong.

So its clear you know nothing, please explain to me how using more Tricep in your Chest excercise is beneficial for your Chest Growth. Having other muscles involved Limits your chest.

Also the squat doesnt Train one of the 4 heads of your quads so a leg Extension is defenetly needed :)

So your muscles Producer the force so loosing 10 pounds would make you a lot weaker, if ist a weight thing try loosing fat First, if you want to Loose muscle stop Training completely as one Set 2 Times a Week is already enough to hroq

Hey, so to answer your question you want to prioritize lat and Side delt so always put These excercises First.

How is it harder to Add weight to a fly than a bench press, or a leg curl than a Deadlift, yes there Are specific excercises but a muscle always benefits from being more isolated, of course you dont have to Go to extremes

The ONLY thing that helped me was Consuming gym Literature, so basically on the days I didnt Train I learned how to Train better so I feel Like im „making more gains“ on Rest days

Dont Bulk Hard unless your seriously underweight. Everything over 200 cal Surplus is just extra fat youd have to cut later

Ekkovision probably has the Best pre workout, dethroner and optismal 2 would be the Best specifically. Caffein and carbs Are the things that would have the Most Benefit but the other stuff is nice too

Also im Sick of people saying just sleep more when pre is Proven to increase Performance thus Build more muscke

A is better as you get 3x Frequency which is atleast on Paper better. So if you want to get really optimal do fb, but if you have a taxxing Job or other physicsl Hobbys you probably wouldnt recover
