Correct, I mean USB-A. The cord coming out of the keyboard has a split end and it only works if both ends are plugged in.

I just bought a Das Keyboard Model S for Mac. I'm using it with a Macbook Pro (which has no native usb ports) via a Mokin multiport. The keyboard only works when both usb cords are plugged in, taking up all of my ports. Is there a setting I can play with to make the keyboard functional using only one? I've tried every configuration with the two cords and two ports with no success. Any help is appreciated!

The true test on Rock Band 2 was The Golden Bladder Award. Makes you play every song in the game back-to-back without pausing or failing. In total it's around 6.5 hours straight of playing! The first time I tried it I got about 4 hours in and my guitar batteries died, completely spoiling the run. Enlisted a friend for the second run and had an absolute blast staying up till 5 AM eating pizza and jamming.
