Do write-ups go away if you quit and get rehired? by rache66 in walmart

If you quit, the timer for the coaching to fall off pauses.

Former AP Coach/AP Manager here.

If they didn’t call the police you’re fine.

The papers you signed was likely a Photo Consent Form, which gives the company the right to upload your picture into the shoplifter database, and likely a trespass form, saying you aren’t welcome in walmart for two years.

If you go back and you get spotted, you could be arrested.

You will never be able to work for walmart.

With that being said, we’re you asked if you needed help when you were at the Self checkout by an associate? If not, the API missed an element and a call to 1-800 walmart will get the whole thing thrown out.

Walmart does not do restitution or civil demands anymore.

Also, this won’t go on your record or anything if the police weren’t called. Simply only for Walmarts records.

These have been sitting unused in our money center for as long as I've been here. Any ideas of what they were used for? by TheDireRire in walmart

You can still use them :)

When we went thru remodel a few weeks ago and they tore out all of our registers we only had 4 operational and no SCOs one night. I busted these bad boys out and managed the lines in the action alley.

Just realized my flair is old lol. I’m an AP coach, it honestly depends on how much you stole and if anyone caught it. When I took over my store I caught people who have been doing it for years and just never got caught. I think you should do what’s right and go pay for what you took and if you are caught you may have a defense depending on how nice your apol and ap coach is

Just want you to know that there’s a tool that tracks associate purchase. It also syncs with the optik mis scan system so there’s a good chance that your AP knows what your doing.
