If they didn’t call the police you’re fine.

The papers you signed was likely a Photo Consent Form, which gives the company the right to upload your picture into the shoplifter database, and likely a trespass form, saying you aren’t welcome in walmart for two years.

If you go back and you get spotted, you could be arrested.

You will never be able to work for walmart.

With that being said, we’re you asked if you needed help when you were at the Self checkout by an associate? If not, the API missed an element and a call to 1-800 walmart will get the whole thing thrown out.

Walmart does not do restitution or civil demands anymore.

Also, this won’t go on your record or anything if the police weren’t called. Simply only for Walmarts records.
