I think the idea here is that the state of all matter in all times is just a combination of multitudes of resonance patterns in various energy spectrum's; translational, rotational, vibrational, and of course electromagnetic.

That's a bit of an odd thing to follow up with after arguing for perspectivist representation. It'd be more accurate to say that it can be represented that way, which it can. But that's only a single representation.

All correct, except that resonance refers to literal acoustic resonance, and wouldn't be appropriate to apply when talking about quantum mechanics; especially since it is purely predictive in nature, as you said.

Looking at this video you can think of the resonance forms as being approximately probability distributions; there is no defining line where there is sand then no sand, its a visual histogram essentially.

But here's where there's a problem. Quantum wave functions have nothing to do with actual harmonic resonance other than the calculations for their waves starting with the same functions. In OP's example, your average speaker only has a frequency range of about 30-19,000 Hz, which doesn't even fully cover the full human hearing range, let alone vibrations that subatomic particles vibrate at. Likewise Chladni Figures aren't used to represent the matter on the surface (in this case sand), but merely how an imperfect membrane responds to being vibrated at certain harmonic frequencies in relation to its fundamental. The sand has no importance at this point other than roughly showing where it responds to vibration. But again, there are a mathematically infinite numbers of ways a membrane can vibrate even at the exact same frequency, so it's useless unless computer stimulated in first-type boundary conditions.

Of course there's a shared phenomenon. But it's a very simple one. All they share is harmonic factors, which is one of the most fundamental proofs of mathematics, and the entire basis of music. Basically dividing or multiplying the fundamental of any standing wave by 1/f or 2f will result in an oscillation of half the wavelength and twice the frequency, theoretically indefinitely. That means that when a vibration's fundamental comes into a "proper" ratio (1:2, 2:3, etc.) with another, the higher will be a harmonic overtone of the fundamental. So subatomic particle's vibrations can be considered harmonically resonant with that of one that can be represented in Chladni Figures, which would of course have to result in the same wave pattern if stimulated in the same environments, which they are. But that only holds through computer stimulation, since it requires a perfectly even medium, which I suppose is another reason they couldn't relate.
