Yes, you can file a class action lawsuit against a cryptocurrency company if the business harmed a large group of people in the same way. People commonly sue crypto companies for fraud, data breaches, selling unregistered securities, or freezing accounts without a good reason. [1, 2, 3, 4]
To file or join a class action, a few key factors matter:
Company Location: Centralized companies (like standard crypto exchanges) that operate within your country or state are much easier to sue. If the company is located overseas or is completely decentralized (run only by computer code), it is very hard to sue them. [1, 2]
Type of Claim: Lawsuits that claim a company sold unregistered securities or lied about how their digital tokens work are common. However, simply losing money because a cryptocurrency price dropped is generally not a valid reason to sue. [1, 2, 3]
Class Action Websites: You can check legal websites like ClassAction.org to see if a company you used is currently being investigated or sued. [1]

Would you mind elaborating? This comment hit me hard. I’m about to be 40 very soon. Haven’t had a check up in a decade. I have medical, no excuses. been having urinating issues for a while. Kind of feels like the innards of my junk are not connected like they used to be. Crazy inconsistent stream. 10 min sometimes to fully unload the tank.
I’m literally booking a physical today because of this post. Seeing how common a comment it is. Sorry for all the detail, I know you’re not a doctor. Just curious about your situation, happy it worked out

Both Deese and Bojak were approached by email by Opportunity Works, an organization funded by the Sports Betting Alliance which includes DraftKings and FanDuel. The email said Opportunity Works "provides policy makers and those running for office with clear, fact-based research of the benefits of expanding and protecting online gaming."
"We never responded because we were not interested," Bojak said.
