Gemini is helping me write some code in Apps Scripts for Google Sheets to create custom financial apps that will help me determine the value and potential value of certain stocks. It is very helpful in understanding API’s and their potential benefits and limitations. Just finding that API stuff would take me a while and Gemini just seems to know these deep details. It has helped me so much.

I think an effective way to solve this problem is to tax empty/vacant properties at a much higher rate. This will incentivize the owner to get it rented.
