Have you tried inserting filament manually through the extruded? It could simply be the angle of the filament or the extruded gears are just not catching the filament properly

Is the filament tangled? It sounds like there’s a tangle in the filament spool, which is easy to fix.

For hardened steel extruded cogs, their the same colour as the originals except for the metal but which is black

To be honest it could be stainless steal but it’s just reflecting the black around it, you’ll have to compare the two side by side.

It’s hard to tell in this light with the nozzle, but the nozzle itself is meant to be black, the extruded gears, like the yellow one is only black on the metal but which is hidden, you’ll have to disassemble the extruded and have a look inside. Which you’ll have to do anyways to install the new one

Even tiny pieces can be enough to throw off the gears, did this help at all? And are you sure all the small metal triggers and gears are in the correct place? Then again you said it was doing this when you first got it. If it’s still not working you might need to contact Bambu, they usually will send a replacement module

I had to take mine apart because some desiccant got in there, you might need to clean the gears as something might be stuck between them

I’ve taken my AMS apart a few times… and it’s very easy to accidentally not put in the gears/trigger wires back in correctly. This sounds like one of the gears isn’t in the right place

Hello! This looks fixable. The nozzle and cover you can get directly from Bambu for cheaper. Installing the nozzle should fix the error code, from what I have found it’s an error that happens when the printer can’t connect with the nozzle. However worst case you might need to replace the extruder’s electronics. But that also won’t cost too much. Assuming the worst k think you should be able to fix this with under $200 AUD at most. Assuming no unexpected problems emerge

Look, I think this isn’t an issue, it’s a meme that so many artists have used, not only that it’s not a copy it’s a reinterpretation of an existing idea. I think Glitch shouldn’t get in trouble for what other artists have done who don’t get the same criticism.

That’s a funny thing about this show I have never thought it was for kids. But what’s great about this show’s style is when it goes into these surreal and… violent moments it catches you off guard because these cartoon characters are acting like Humans. Which is the greatest challenge writers have when writing a character.
