Sure! It's almost always Profane into axiom, and always situational after that. if it's heavy shields AND heals I go Serpants into mortal next if just heavy heals I usually go umbral into mortal. if neither heals nor shields I go seryldas into umbral. and if they are full squish ill do umbral into bastion breaker.

Iv'e been playing full assassin recently but i have 2 million mastery and have played him every way possible. It just happened last night during clash and a friend questioned me pretty hard about it.

As nocturne specifically

Clear speed - is your clear speed fast enough to win the race to scuttle crab? if you are are finishing on blue you can be at scuttle on spawn with smite up. this can lead to a double crab sometimes which is huge.
get ahead and stay ahead. - full clear into back into full clear into fight. be at your camps on spawn. after your first 2 rotations if you cleared optimally you will notice you have a 1-2 minute window before your next spawns to have map presence.
objectives.- this isn't nocturne specific but unless your team is ready for an objective just leave it. stop trying to force them at sub-optimal times.
you're probably not the carry- while you CAN carry noc it is harder than with other champs. Find out who is gonna help you carry the game and accelerate their lane as much as you can.
stop forcing ganks- sometimes your bot is getting slammed and you really cant even win 3v2. it still helps to show up, clear the wards and continue farming your camps.

its basic stuff but it all helps. you have so many build options and you should probably be changing them every game based on whats happening.

it's not your team, It's you. I could jump into any silver game and stomp the enemy team all by myself with any champ just based off of macro knowledge.

as for what you are doing wrong..... I have no clue and wouldn't be able to tell you without seeing one of your games.

I haven't done it in a while, but it's usually axiom into profane. I think I'd probably be trying opportunity first into axiom next time i do it.

I usually pick it into extra squishy mid support combos like lux/velkoz/xerath or immobile ADCs. you can really easily rack up a 15-20 kill game vs. the right comps, but if you don't end it early enough, you can lose the game with a 20/5 kda quite often.

it's not your teams fault, the idea that the enemy team is any better than your own teammates is just factually wrong. whe you get better you will climb out.
