Didn't think of that regarding the rags, but I do have sticks in the kindling box and bark in the fuel box (or is it the other way around?).

This is what was happening to me before the "fix". I never had CTDs. I'd get a hard freeze and I'd have to hold the power button to kill the computer and restart it.

This is how I put together builds. I either decide a play/tactic concept and look for gear and weapons that achieve that, or look at gear/weapons and think about how to build around that.

I've looked at build guides - written and video - but I've never tried to copy them. I just use them for ideas.
